More water is absorbed and the chair begins to form.

Once nutrients have been absorbed, water, bacteria and fiber (himusu) pass into the large intestine or colon. More water is absorbed and the chair begins to form. About 2/3 consists of water, undigested fiber and food. Another 1/3 of live and dead bacteria, viruses, yeasts, parasites, hormones, toxins, etc. Note: formed stool should look brown banana. Chairs that look like little balls sitting in the colon too long increases the possibility of toxic re-absorption. People of good diet, usually 1:59 stools each day.
